Text/E-mail Messaging
At your discretion, we can text or e-mail you messages as soon as they are taken. You can reply to us via text at your convenience. Additionally, we can email you a list of all messages taken on a daily basis.
Real and Direct Contact
We believe in real human contact with both your customers and you. If requested, we can call the funeral director or other designated staff member for pre-designated specific calls.
Call Patching
You decide and set parameters on which calls you'd like patched from our answering service to your designated staff member. These parameters can range from nature of call, time of call, and more.
